Stated Meeting -Thursday, September 5th, 2019.  Meal served at 6:30 pm and Lodge opens at 7:30 pm.

Greetings Brethren. I hope all of our brothers and their families had joyful and blessed holidays, and wishing all a bountiful and prosperous new year.
The past year had brought us a few new brothers and the loss of some of our brothers. As we gather to conduct our business we should ever be mindful of not only the brethren present but those traveling upon the Level of time to that undiscovered country from whose borne no traveler returns, as well as those who canít make it to Lodge.
Freemasonry has a long and rich tradition based on principles and values everyone has vowed to live by, which should set us apart from the average person. This past year Indiana celebrated 200 years of Freemasonry in the State, and it was only due to the work and dedication of the members that Freemasonry has survived for so long and continues to grow and strive for generations to come. I look forward to serving the Lodge and all of my fellow brethren during the next year and hope to continue the long and rich traditions that have been laid down by the generations past and hope to serve the Lodge and the fraternity in a manner that brings pride and honor to the Lodge and its brethren.
Over the course of the next year I would like to challenge every brother to bring a brother to Lodge that has not been in a while. I would like to set a date for a Table Lodge and set this as the date to bring a brother to Lodge. This will provide a little less formality and hopefully make the brothers a little more at ease for those that have not been in a while. Along with this challenge we should ever be mindful of those who we feel could be an asset to our fraternity and bring a potential member to dinner and give them a chance to learn about who we are and what we do.
I will cut this short so not to bore you but remember that my door is always open. If you anything please call me or send an email and I will help in any way I can.
Lastly, if you have not paid your dues yet please do so. If there is an issue with paying your dues please contact me or the secretary.

Fraternally yours,

Alan Chesley
Worshipful Master
